RP Adam Ltd Increases Production Capacity

RP Adam Ltd (Arpal Group) are delighted to announce a 40% increase in liquid production capacity at our Selkirk based UK headquarters following a £125,000 investment in a new state-of-the-art six head multi-filler line with the capacity of producing an additional 2.5 million litres of liquid product every year, and a run rate of up to 2,000 bottles every hour.

Martin Carroll, Arpal Group Technical Director, states:

“With several new long-term contracts bedded in and a number of supply partnerships starting to bear fruit, we decided now is the time to invest in improving the entire site – both from a capacity and operational standpoint. The additional new filling line means that we now have the confidence and capability to significantly increase production, building robustness into our business, ensuring our ability to meet increased orders for our core products.”

Group Sales & Marketing Director Max Adam, says:

“Our Group goal ahead of 2020 is to expand the business at home and abroad – particularly in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia where we have a significant presence. It continues to be an exciting time for the company and the ongoing investment in capacity at our Selkirk factory further emphasises our desire to increase our manufacturing and logistics capabilities to match current requirements and future growth expectations.”

The new investment follows a £400,000 overhaul of the Selkirk HQ in 2016 including a major expansion and reconfiguration of the factory and warehouse facilities.
