The long awaited BHA Guide to Good Hygiene Practice: Catering 2016, mentioned in our previous blog post from earlier this week, has now been published.
Last updated in 1995, the new Guide is an important document for everyone operating in the UK food industry. Recognised by the Food Standards Agency and by Food Standards Scotland, the Guide provides very practical advice vital to food businesses keeping their customers safe, complying with their responsibilities under food hygiene legislation.
